Whites Farm throughout the rest of the year is a working farm set over 250 acre’s of prime green belt land. Before, during and after the festival all measures possible will be taken to protect the land and all wildlife using the site.
Car Sharing
The greatest negative environmental impact of any festival is caused by transport, mostly by cars.
It is a fact that approximately 90% of a festival’s carbon footprint is caused by vehicle travel to and from the festival. It’s really very easy to get to the Sunset Festival by public transport either by bus or train to West Kirby with a shuttle bus to the site and it will also be much cheaper for you!
If you must come by car though, please fill it up with people! Even if you only have one space free in your car. This will help the environment and you will have more fun with a group of friends.
